Our results
Our goal
The creation of a common culture around data is one of the objectives of the LORD project.
To achieve this, it is necessary to develop inter-professional collaboration and implement actions for and by our target audiences. Thanks to the entire LORD team, as well as the researchers involved and interested in each of our actions (workshops, training courses, presentations or other actions in research units), we can build a common foundation and move forward together!
A dashboard to follow our actions
The LORD data management cluster has developed a tool for managing and monitoring its activities: the dashboard, the result of a working group involving people from different professions and institutions.
By providing quantitative indicators, the dashboard enables us to measure our actions across all the services we offer: initiation and awareness-raising, advice, implementation, and training.
Various aspects of the action are documented and developed: the organiser of the action, the logistics, the content and, finally, the target audience. This information is collected by the project's team.

The data used to construct the dashboard are divided into four categories, which group together different types of information:
- the person carrying out the action: their profession and research unit, and the organising institution.
- the logistics: date, duration, format, mode (online or in person).
- the action: type of action, aspect of Open science and data lifecycle stage.
- the audience: discipline, makeup of the audience (PhD students, researchers, research support staff...), research structure, number of participants.
